Can I order without being a member?

You can order without membership. After placing an order, you can log in to with the password sent to you and track your order.
Forgot my password, what should I do?

By clicking Forgot My Password button; you will get a SMS to your mobile phone or an e-mail about password renewal link.
Can I delete my Suud Collection membership?

For memberhip cancellation, you can send an e-mail to [email protected] , your request will be processed within 48 hours.

How can I shop from

After adding the products you want to buy to the cart, you can go to the payment page by clicking the "cart" icon on the right side of the screen.
You can choose the payment method on the page that opens, click the "Complete Order" button and make your purchase.
Can I make changes on my order?

Before your shipment you should follow these steps, “My Account” > “My Orders” > “Order Detail” page “Exchange Request”. According to your request, you will be contacted within 48 hours.
Can I cancel my order?

Before your shipment “My Account” > “My Orders” > “Order Detail” page “Cancel Request” following these steps you can complete your cancellation. According to your request, you will be contacted within 48 hours. When your cancellation request is approved, you will be notified via SMS.
Money has been deducted from my card, but I cannot view my order. What should I do?

Your order is waiting at the accounting payment approval stage. Payment confirmation will be made within 24 hours. Your order number will be notified by SMS after you provide the payment confirmation process.
How can I view the status of my order?

You can view order and shipping status in two different ways.
a. “My Account” > “My Orders” page “Order Detail” following these steps or
b. Clicking on the “track” icon on the website you can view your order and shipping status by entering your order number.
What are your payment options?

We accept payment by money order/EFT or credit card.
Can I create an installment order?

You can shop with one-take or installment options for your credit card orders.
Can I pay on delivery?

There is no pay on delivery option.
How can I use my gift coupons?

Gift coupons must be used before the order gets approved on “My Cart” page.
How can I use the money in my balance?

While completing the order on the payment screen, the money in the balance is used to buy the products in the current basket.
I want to withdraw the money from my Suud Collection balance. What should I do?

“My Balance” > “Withdraw the Current Balance” following these steps you can complete the process. Payment will be made with the method used for purchase within 7-14 business days, depending on bank status.
Shipping and Delivery
Which shipping companies do you work with?

We work with BOVO Cargo in İstanbul and MNG Cargo for across the Turkey.
How much is the shipment fee?

Our shipping fee for retail sales is 29.90 TL to whole Turkey. Shipping is free for purchases of 400 TL or more.
How many days is the cargo delivery time?

All orders; It is delivered to the cargo within 1-5 working days. Delivery time to whole Turkey is 3-4 working days on average.
Note: Orders; It is delivered to cargo within 3-5 working days during busy periods such as discount/holiday period.
My order has been delivered to cargo. Can I change the address?

If the order has been delivered by cargo, the address change can only be made with the cargo companies. For your address change request you can contact with our Customer Service
Can I receive the product I ordered online from the store?

There is no delivery from the store for online purchases. You can make an exchange in the store within 14 days.
What should I pay attention to during delivery?

You can check the cargo packages that you think were damaged during shipping by opening them in front of the cargo officer you received them from. If there is any damage to the product or there is a missing product in the cargo package, you have the right not to receive the package by keeping a report with the cargo company. In case you receive the damaged package, you are responsible for the situation.
Do you have overseas delivery?

Returning Process
How can I return my order?

It is important for us that you are satisfied with the products you have purchased. But if you want to return your order with easy return option you must follow these steps;
“My Account” -> “My Orders” -> “Order Detail” following these steps you can lead to easy return form. By selecting the return request, you can send the product to the Suud Collection central warehouse with the MNG cargo agreement code.
What is your returning policy?
  • Return period is 14 working days from the product delivery date.
  • You can return products that have intact labels and have not lost their resalable properties.
  • Used, washed, products with damaged packaging will not be accepted.
  • Even if it is not used, cosmetics, underwear, socks, all kinds of personal care products, accessory products, etc. are not accepted for returning.
  • Product that have sweat/cigarettes smell/perfume etc. caused by trying are not accepted for returning.
How many days is the return period?

You can return the product within 14 working days from the delivery date by noting the agreement code on the last page of the return request form. Item 5.1 for easy return option.
How can I do the exchange?

“My Account” -> “My Orders” -> “Order Detail” by following these steps you will lead to easy return form. By selecting the change request, you can send the product to the Saudi Collection central warehouse with the MNG cargo agreement code.
  • You can add the color/size you want to change on the invoice and send with the package.
  • After the exchange process is made, the exchange product will be sent with the buyer paid.
  • Change is possible for differnet size/colour of the same product or another product with the same price. If you want to exchange for a different product, the amount can be transferred to your Suud Collection balance.
  • After the product is delivered to us, an automatic SMS will be sent that it will be returned. On average, this process takes 14 days to complete. If you do not receive an SMS within 14 days, you can contact our customer service team.
  • After the incoming SMS, the change will be created within 5 working days.
Within how many days the return/change of the product purchased from the store should be made?

There is no return for the items purchased from the store. You can provide an exchange process from the store within 14 days.
How will I follow the process after making my return?

You will be informed via SMS after the cargo package delivered by MNG Cargo on behalf of Suud Collection is opened.
My return cargo has been delivered. Within how many days my payment will be made?

Depending on the working conditions of Iyzico and your bank, the amount will be paid within 7-14 business days with the payment method used in the purchase. In addition, the refund of installment payments is made in installments according to bank processes. Refunds vary depending on bank processes and delays may occur. We ask you to follow these processes through your bank.
How much is the return shipment fee?

Except for defective products, the shipping fee belongs to the sender for returns. For counter-paid shipments to be made with MNG Cargo; 15 TL cargo service fee is deducted from the product price.
Where is your store? When is it avaliable?

You can visit our store every day of the week between 10:30 - 21:00.

When the customer service is avaliable? How can I reach out?

Our Customer Service is avaliable at 9:30 - 18:00 on weekdays and 9:30 - 17:00 on Saturday. Customer service does not work on Sundays and public holidays. On public holidays you can contact us by mailing to [email protected] E-mails will be answered within 24 business hours at the latest.
