1. Our shipping fee is 10.00 TL to whole Turkey in retail sales. Shipping is free for orders of over 250 TL.
2. We serve Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara and Bursa with Bovo Cargo and all over Turkey with MNG Cargo.
3. The product you have ordered will be shipped to you within 1-3 working days at the latest.
4. The tracking number will be sent to you by the courier company via SMS at the latest 24 hours after your product is shipped out.
4.1. In case you are not present at the specified address, your package will be delivered to the nearest branch of the contracted cargo company within 1 (one) business day. You must receive your package from the specified branch within 1 (one) business day. Otherwise, your order will be returned to us. Please contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp at +90 539 202 78 83 to resend your return order. The shipping cost will be requested from you again and your order will be shipped to your name as counter payment.
5. Before receiving your cargo, please check your package. You have the right not to accept damaged torn bags by notifying the cargo officer.
6. There is no shipping on public holidays, Saturday and Sunday. If the product is available in our stock, the product will be shipped the next business day.
1. I WANT TO RETURN MY PRODUCTS, WHAT CAN I RETURN?
- You can return the products whose labels are intact and therefore have not lost their resalable feature. Used, washed products, or damaged packaging will not be accepted. Even if not used, returns of cosmetics, underwear, socks, all kinds of personal care products, accessory products, etc. are not accepted.
Note: Unfortunately, we do not do product exchanges. If you want to exchange your product, you can re-order before the stocks run out. If you request a exchange, the amount is transferred to your Suud balance after your return shipment is received. You can also create a re-order using your balance.

Return code will be needed when you deliver your returns to related cargo branch. 2. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellation of orders is only possible before they are shipped. If your order has not been shipped you can send your request via e-mail [email protected] or our WhatsApp line 05392027883 during working hours (9:30 - 18:00) on weekdays. It is not possible to cancel the orders delivered to cargo. You can start the return procedure within 7 days after you receive the product.
It is possible to return the products purchased during the campaign. However, if the amount remaining after the refund does not fulfill the campaign earnings obligation in the campaigns created with a certain amount or more, the refunds will be calculated over the price without the campaign and you will be refunded.
3. When will my order be delivered to cargo?
All orders are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days. A tracking link about the shipping processes is sent via SMS to the given phone number after the order.
4. When will my product be delivered to cargo during campaigns?
Due to the excessive busyness during the campaigns, the delivery time varies between 4-5 working days. For detailed information, you can contact our customer service on the WhatsApp line +90 539 202 7883.
5. Can I return the products purchased during the campaign period?
It is possible to return the products purchased during the campaign. However, if the remaining amount after the refund does not complete the campaign earnings obligation in the campaigns created with a certain amount or more, the refunds are calculated over the price without the campaign and refunded to the party.
6. Will I be charged for return and product change shipping?
Except for defective products, the shipping fee belongs to the customer for returns. Refunds are made by deducting 10 TL cargo service fee over the product price for counter-paid shipments to be made with MNG Cargo.
7. My order has been delivered to cargo. Can I change delivery address / name?
It is not possible to change the address for orders delivered to cargo. If your product is not received, the return amount will be refunded to you by deducting the shipping fee.
8.Which countries do you ship to?
The average shipping time abroad is 15 days.
